At present, the relationship between tourism and anti-poverty is an important topic for Chinese and foreign scholars.China has established a mechanism for precise poverty alleviation. With the continuous development of tourism, tourism precision poverty alleviation has become an important way for China to help the poor. The mountainous cool Village is a tourism precision poverty alleviation model that relies on the mountainous rural tourism resources in the poverty-stricken areas in Chongqing, combined with the demand for summer recreation in Chongqing. The results are remarkable. At present, foreign research on rural tourism mainly focuses on the macroeconomic effects of developing tourism in poverty-stricken areas. There is relatively little research focusing on the perception of rural residents from a micro perspective. There are a certain number of studies on tourism poverty alleviation in China, but the accuracy of research on tourism precision poverty alleviation is slightly insufficient. The research methods are mainly qualitative research, and the research results lack scientific inference. The research content is mainly based on definitions, models and countermeasures. The research on tourism poverty alleviation lacks depth and breadth. Therefore, this study studies the performance of the tourism precision poverty alleviation model in the mountainous cool Village from the perspective of the residents of the mountainous cool Village, and reflects the impact of tourism poverty alleviation from the three aspects of economy, social culture and natural environment.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the descriptive statistical analysis shows the local residents' perception of tourism poverty alleviation.Through independent sample T test,one-way variance and other methods, the local residents' perception of the impact of tourism poverty alleviation is obtained. The analysis shows the important factors of residents' perception of poverty alleviation in tourism.Based on the residents' perception of poverty alleviation in tourism, the optimal path for tourism poverty alleviation in mountainous cool Village is provided. The study found that the positive impact of local residents on tourism poverty alleviation is very strong, and the negative impact on tourism poverty alleviation has certain differences according to content perception;factors such as education, income, occupation and family population affect residents' perception of poverty alleviation; The residents will influence the perception of poverty alleviation due to the distance from the family to the scenic spot, the number of tourism-related trainings, and the proportion of family tourism income;economic income, ethics and ecological conditions are three important factors affecting the residents' perception of poverty alleviation;Optimizing the tourism poverty alleviation model of the mountainous cool Village around the individual perception of the residents should encourage the poor to participate in the local tourism development and benefit from it.A more precise poverty alleviation target system should be established to further consider the social resources which are available to the poverty alleviation target and the social burdens it undertakes, including the available natural capital to the target, the available human capital, the usable physical capital, and the social capital that can be affected.Residents participate in the tourism community decision-making to safeguard the dissident rights of poor residents, and participate in the distribution of tourism benefits to protect the economic benefits, social and cultural benefits and natural environmental benefits of residents, and participate in the implementation of the benefits of poverty alleviation through tourism. The development of tourism in local governments in poverty-stricken areas should be supported by policies, talents, capital, technology and community management.
