Study On The Countermeasure Of Rural Community Endogenous Resources Promoting Rural Revitalization

At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the development of all aspects of society has shown a good trend.However,in the rural society,a series of unbalanced development problems have become more and more prominent.In order to solve many development problems in rural society and realize the transformation and upgrading of rural society,the state proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy in 2018,requiring the rural society to coordinate and olderly progress from the five aspects of politics,economy,culture,ecology and society in the process of development and revitalization.The rural revitalization strategy is an urgent need for the development of rural society and the affluence of peasants in China,and an important measure to promote the full realization of modernization in our society.The proposal of this strategy points out the direction and road for the revitalization and development of rural society in China,and is also conducive to the realization of the Two Centenary Goals and the common prosperity goal of the people.This paper defines the endogenous resources of rural society according to "Mitis",pointing out that the endogenous resources of rural society are divided into two categories: natural endowment and human resources.Specifically,it refers to rural geographical location,land resources,water resources,rural culture,and human resources,political factors,and endogenous resources contain corresponding components.Combining with the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy "two crosses",the main contents of rural revitalization will be clarified,and the path of rural revitalization will be analyzed.Taking the endogenous resources of rural society as the starting point,this paper expounds the internal relationship of each endogenous resource in rural society,On this basis,it studies the necessity and feasibility of rural community endogenous resources to promote rural revitalization.The paper uses the case study method,taking D village in Henan Province as a case,to study the role of endogenous resources in rural society inpromoting rural revitalization,and summarizes the successful experience of D village internal resources to promote rural revitalization,and discusses the problems and reasons.From the perspective of the new public management theory,combined with the successful experience and existing problems of rural villages' resources to promote rural revitalization,the paper proposes the countermeasures for rural community endogenous resources to promote rural revitalization: The first is to rationally plan rural land and realize the prosperity of rural industry;the second is to strengthen the development and utilization of rural waters and achieve rural environmental beautification;the third is to improve the construction of rural cultural system and realize the rural civilization;the fourth is to give play to peasants' subjective initiative and realize the prosperity of rural life;the fifth is to optimize the ranks of rural party members and cadres,and achieve effective governance in the countryside.
