Research On Social Work Intervention Of Key Persons In Mass Events

With the continuous advancement of reform and opening up policy,people's lives have undergone tremendous changes,and the interest structure of all sectors of society has been constantly divided and restructured.China has entered a period of social transformation,but also entered a period of high incidence of contradictions.Social contradictions,disputes and instability factors are becoming more and more acute,and frequently in the form of mass incidents,which seriously threatens the national political security and social stability.As the backbone of the appeal group,the key persons in group events are the spiritual leaders and spiritual pillars of the appeal group.They have direct influence on the direction of events and decision-making of events.If we deal with the problems of key persons well,many crux of group events can be solved.Therefore,it is particularly important for the key persons to intervene in group events.Taking a group event as an example,this paper presents in detail the social work intervention of the crisis intervention mode to the key figures of the group event.To regard key people as a bridge and link between social workers and appealing groups,through paying attention to the crisis and its dynamics encountered by key people in mass incidents,to perspective the root causes and problems of the whole appealing group behavior in mass incidents,and to formulate pertinent intervention goals and plans,ultimately making them a useful help to resolve and deal with mass incidents.It has the unique advantages of finding problems in time,evaluating problems quickly,dealing with problems effectively and quickly,and dealing with group incidents.However,there are some obstacles in the crisis intervention mode among the key persons involved in mass incidents.The main obstacles lie in the difficulty of defining the crisis state,insufficient consideration and insufficient preventive function.In addition,improper use of methods and techniques will greatly reduce the effect of resolution and disposal.To this end,social workers should clearly recognize the advantages and obstacles of crisis intervention model in the intervention of key figures in mass incidents,cooperate with relevant government departments and other social organizations,cut short and make up for the shortcomings,play a good buffer link in dealing with mass incidents and the role of "blocking" social conflicts,so as to achieve the purpose of effectively resolving and dealing with mass incidents.This has important theoretical and practical significance for properly handling mass incidents,resolving social contradictions,eliminating unstable factors and broadening the field of social work.
