Research On Structural Reform Of Agricultural Supply Side Countermeasures In China

Agricultural problem is the fundamental problem of our country.The CPC central committee has always made solving the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers a top priority in the work of the whole party.In view of the paradox of the simultaneous increase of output,import and inventory in China's agricultural development,as well as the serious agricultural pollution and the lack of income increase of farmers,the central rural economic work conference in December 2015 proposed to strengthen the structural reform of agricultural supply side to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural supply.Deepening the supply-side structural reform of agriculture has become the main line of agricultural and rural work in the new historical stage.Based on the systematic analysis of the concept of supply-side structural reform,the research is conducted from two aspects of supply factors and structure.Firstly,this paper defines the core concepts related to the supply-side structural reform of agriculture,which lays a theoretical foundation for this paper.Secondly,starting from the historical evolution of agricultural structural adjustment,this paper analyzes the historical stage and reform effect of agricultural supply-side structural reform.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems faced by China's agricultural supply-side structural reform from two aspects of supply factors and structure.That is to say,on the supply side,there are problems such as low quality of agricultural production subjects,slow speed of land transfer,insufficient supply of agricultural finance,lagging development of agricultural technology and insufficient innovation of agricultural price mechanism.In the structural aspect,there are problems such as unreasonable agricultural product structure,backward agricultural operation structure and imperfect agricultural regional structure.Finally,from two aspects of supply,adjustable structure puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of agricultural supply side structural reform in our country,that is,from cultivating new farmers,activation of land management,improve the rural financial system,improve the level of agricultural science and technology,improve the agricultural products price formation mechanism and optimize the product structure,the development of scale management,improve the agricultural regional structure,promote the industrial integration,promote quality,and the efficiency of agricultural production,promoting agricultural modernization in China.
