Research On The "Transformation Community" Governance From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

Under the background of China's rapid development of urbanization,a new type of community-transformation community between rural communities and urban communities has been shaped.The generation of such communities is sudden and the governance is complex.If it is not paid attention to and effectively guided by its development,it may evolve into certain social risks.Government departments are the main promoters of such community generation and have an unshirkable responsibility in community governance.This paper takes the service-oriented government as the analysis perspective,and takes the "Mayuan Village"community under the Hongyuan Neighborhood Committee of Wuhua District of Kunming as a specific research case,which uses common methods such as literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and observation method.The research method analyzes the current status of governance in the "Mayuan Village" community,the problems in the governance process and the possible causes of these problems,and then proposes services in combination with service-oriented government theory,governance theory and existing research data.Some useful reflections and explorations on the governance of the"Mayuan Village" transformation community under the vision of the government,and hope that these reflections and explorations can help promote the future transformation and development of the community.This paper believes that government departments also have a lot of actions in the community management of "Mayuan Village",which promotes the good and orderly development of certain aspects of the community,but it also exists in the "Mayuan Village"community governance under the service-oriented government.The government departments have too much power to intervene and squeeze the community autonomy space;the weak infrastructure construction affects the quality of life of community residents;the laws and regulations on community governance are not sound enough,and the community governance work is in-depth;the social organization of the community is insufficiently developed,and the community governance is lacking.Sources and other issues need to be resolved.The author has not really established a service-oriented government concept from the government departments;government departments have insufficient financial input in community governance;government departments have lagging behind the supply of laws and regulations in community governance;government departments have done insufficient understanding of community social organizations.Cause Analysis.Finally,the author focuses on the construction of a service-oriented government,and also autonomy in the community itself;strengthens the construction of community infrastructure to better protect and improve people's livelihood;gradually improve the laws and regulations related to community governance,promote the orderly development of community governance;face up to social organizations The status and role,actively cultivating and promoting the development of social organizations and other aspects have been usefully considered.It is hoped that this study will provide some reference for the governance practices of other similar transition communities when solving the problems of the "Mayuan Village" community,and help these communities achieve the goal of transformation and development.
