Research On Government Supervision And Application In Public Service Field Under PPP Mode

At present,the application of PPP mode is more and more extensive.The application of PPP mode can reduce the government's financial expenditure in some projects,the use of funds is more efficient,and it can also revitalize social funds.Therefore,as a more advanced way,PPP is also in Jiangxi.More applications have been obtained.With the wide and deep application,how can the government effectively monitor and what is the government's position in it becomes important.This study begins with the selection theory and practice,and explains the definition of government regulation under the PPP model.The experience of government supervision strategies for public service projects under the foreign PPP model is summarized.For the Jiangxi PPP public service sector project,government supervision provides us with some reference.At the same time,combined with the foreign experience of the government supervision strategy in the public service sector project under the PPP model,and secondly,the government supervision of the PPP model of public projects in Jiangxi Province.The implementation was analyzed.This paper analyzes the status quo of government supervision strategies in the public service field in Jiangxi PPP mode,finds problems and causes,and further optimizes its government supervision strategy to better enable the PPP model to play its role.Finally,this study optimizes the government supervision of the public service sector under the PPP model in Jiangxi Province,including transforming the public goods supply concept,establishing a PPP professional service organization,and optimizing the system construction to better enable government regulation to be effective.
