Strategic Research On Nanning United Front Department Promoting Non-public Enterprises To Participate In Precision Poverty Alleviation

During the 13th five-year plan period,Nanning had 421 poverty-stricken villages in three key national poverty-stricken county and one key autonomous region poverty-stricken county.By the end of 2017,there were 216 poverty-stricken villages with 218,795 poverty-stricken people yet to be lifted out of poverty.Non-public economy is an important social forces to participate in precise poverty alleviation.In recent years,Nanning municipal party committee united front work department tried to get non-public economy involved in precision poverty alleviation work.By enhancing the willingness of non-public enterprises to carry out targeted poverty alleviation,matching targeted poverty alleviation projects and providing follow-up services,we have accelerated the pace of poverty alleviation in poor areas of nanning city and achieved certain results.Based on the survey results of non-public enterprises'participation in targeted poverty alleviation in 5 counties and 7 districts of nanning city,the author analyzed some typical cases and applied the theory of"Manufacturing Consent" proposed by Michael Burawoy.The author demonstrates the united front work department of Nanning municipal party committee "Manufactured" the"consent" of non-public economy participating in targeted poverty alleviation through the"identity construction","relationship construction","Internalizing consent" three steps...
