The Study Of Demonstration And Construction On Earthquake Prevention And Disaster Reduction In Qinghai Province

As an important livelihood project,Earthquake prevention and disaster reduction(EPDR)is related to the safety of people's life and property,related to the development of national economy and social stability.The demonstration and construction of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is an important measure to implement the decision made by the CPC Central Committee and State Council,significant results have been achieved in practice..Due to the low level of economic development,the large number of ethnic groups,the relatively difficult living environment,and the frequent happened earthquakes,the demonstration and construction process of EPDR in Qinghai is relatively slow and the overall level is not high.At the same time,there are few studies on the establishment of EPDR demonstrations at home and abroad,especially the research on the demonstration of EPDR in Qinghai province is still in a blank stage.Based on this,the targeted research on the establishment of EPDR demonstrations can not only fill the gaps in domestic research,but also have important significance for improving the level of EPDR demonstration in Qinghai and the province's disaster prevention,mitigation and relief capabilities.In particular,it also has great benefits to the integration development of economic and all quarters of the society.Based on the demonstration and construction works that have been achieved for EPDR in Qinghai,based on Sustainable Development Theory and Public Crisis Management Theory,this thesis analyzes the status quo of EPDR demonstration and construction in Qinghai and the nation,by means of literature research,comprehensive investigation and comparative analysis.Thus,the problems encountered in the process of demonstration and construction works for EPDR are identified,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,so as to provide references for the improvement of demonstration and construction works for future EPDR in Qinghai province,then to promote the sustainable development of EPDR in Qinghai.
