Study On Disputes In Immigration Areas From The Perspective Of Legal Anthropology

This article is a legal ethnographic report on the study of disputes in the Longhu immigration area in Ningxia.The Longhu immigration area is an immigrant area where the Han people are the main congregation group.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of the economy,more and more problems have been exposed.For example,cultural conflicts and psychological adaptation during the process of urbanization have become more and more The more scholars are beginning to pay attention to the role of law in human society.As an interdisciplinary subject of anthropology,ethnology and jurisprudence,legal anthropology has gradually emerged in people's field of vision.As early as in Malinowski's book "The Crimes and Customs of Barbarian Society",a large number of field documents were used to show people the religious etiquette and social system of barbarian society,which is also the embryonic form of legal anthropology-focusing on Case documentary and functional inquiries.At present,there are few studies on legal anthropology in China,but on the basis of a large number of field documentary and literature research,this paper first describes and analyzes the current situation of disputes in the Longhu immigration area,using the field investigations that the ethnological institutes are good at.The method conducts case studies and analysis,and conducts multi-faceted exploration of the legal disputes in the current immigration areas,showing the true picture of the settlement of disputes in the immigration area.From the field documentation of the disputes in the immigration area,to the analysis of the reasons behind it,to the settlement mechanism in the special field of the immigration area.From the three perspectives of people-things-objects,the Longhu immigration district court is used as the central radiation point,and the past causes and future resolutions of the disputes in the immigration area are listed in series.Finally,the new type of immigration area under the legal system is described dispute management mode.
