With the emergence of moral conflicts,unequal participation in citizens,and the emergence of various sub-systems in complex societies,the feasibility of deliberative democracy has been questioned.It is also in this context that Bohman absorbs and draws on Habermas's theory of deliberative democracy,and on this basis,promotes deliberative democracy.From focusing on normativeness to emphasizing experience,focusing on negotiation results to focusing on The important process of the negotiation process,from focusing on legitimacy to focusing on feasibility.Therefore,this paper selects Bohman and Habermas's theory of deliberative democracy for comparative study,aiming to explore the solution to achieve the normative and complex social reality of deliberative democracy.This article is divided into four chapters to analyze Bohman and Habermas's ideas of deliberative democracy.The first chapter expounds the formation process of the theoretical system of deliberative democracy.As a political theory,it absorbs the reasonable value of liberal constitutional democracy,republican deliberative democracy and aggregated democracy.On this basis,it has formed its own theoretical system.The second chapter clarifies the main content of their deliberative democracy theory by analyzing the commonality of Habermas and Bohman's deliberative democracy in basic principles,public reason and openness.The third chapter mainly compares the connotation,realization form and institutional model of Bohman and Habermas's theory of deliberative democracy,and shows the transformation from Habermas to Bohman's theory of deliberative democracy.The basis for better negotiation has been laid.The fourth chapter analyzes the dilemmas,inequalities and social complexity faced by the implementation of deliberative democracy in the current social context.Through detailed analysis of these realities,we find ways to respond to these obstacles,improve and develop public consultation,and enhance Its practical possibilities.
