Research On Open Data Mechanism Of Government Data For Public Service

With the advent of the era of big data,the government data openness campaign has been carried out on a global scale.Governments have raised the work of opening government data to the height of national strategy,demonstrating the importance of open government data.The Chinese government is no exception,actively carrying out government data opening work and tapping the potential value of government data.This paper analyzes the research on the openness of government data at home and abroad through the literature survey method.It is found that domestic scholars have little research on government data opening and public services,and the ultimate goal of open government data is to serve the society,serve the public,and promote the society.Progress and economic development,this paper studies the openness of government data from the perspective of public service,and proposes to open a government data open mechanism for public service,with a view to promoting the further development of government data opening and providing services to the public.This paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of government data opening at home and abroad from the perspective of public service.The United States,the United Kingdom,and Canada were selected as the research objects of foreign government data openness.Combined with the openness of the data of the six local governments in Shanghai,Beijing,Shandong,Guangdong,Wuhan,and Guiyang,the data of domestic and foreign governments was opened in the government data open policy.There are certain similarities in the formulation of regulations and the construction of government data open platforms.However,there are still some open government government data open platforms such as government data open policy and regulatory systems,government data integration standards,and government data integration standards.The function needs to be improved and so on.Finally,build a government data open mechanism for public services.Introduce the connotation and value of the government data open mechanism for public service and the feasibility of constructing the government data open mechanism for public service;from the organization management mechanism,quality management mechanism,guarantee mechanism,data open platform construction mechanism to the public service The government data open mechanism is built.The case analysis method is used to verify the government data open mechanism for public service by using the US government data as an example.It is concluded that the mechanism is feasible in practical application.At the same time,in order to further improve the government data openness mechanism for public service,it proposes to adhere to the open concept of government data centered on serving the public;accelerate the introduction of open laws on government data;strengthen the openness of government data;and build a regional open platform for local government data;Suggestions such as improving the function of the government data open platform.
