With the advent of the "Internet +" era, government agencies and departments are becoming more and more frequent with the help of government WeChat, government micro-blog and other platforms for information disclosure and offline activities. But in fact, the government departments are not fully aware of the role of government microblogging,so it is a frontier topic worthy of in-depth discussion in the future. In particular, the research on the influence level of government micro-blog in the process of public opinion dissemination is more urgent.Nowadays, more emphasis is laid on theoretical research, but the empirical analysis of classical cases is lacking. This paper will combine the hot events of micro-blog to conduct in-depth research on the measurement of the influence level of government micro-blog,and build a perfect index system of government micro-blog influence,to provide research topics for the future.Strong supporting role.Faced with the increasingly intensified development of the contradiction of network public opinion, this paper uses machine learning and data mining analysis methods to study the role of government micro-blog in the dissemination of public opinion.Python crawler was used to get microblog comments, and statistical and data visualization methods were used to study the evolutionary characteristics of emotional tendencies in different stages. In theory, the author uses ROST CM6 software to analyze the short text content of micro-blog comments;in practice, taking the content of microblog comments on the hot event "4.14 Yuhuan Case" as the research object, based on the periodic characteristics of public opinion dissemination, the author extracts the key words and social network analysis of the four stages of comment data, and carries out the relationship information of the subject of government micro-blog.The empirical research is mainly based on factor analysis and rough set method.Firstly, factor analysis method is used to test the rationality of the interactive index system of government microblog influence, and the weights of three common factors are established. Finally, the evaluation model of comprehensive factor scores is obtained.Secondly, rough set theory method is used to evaluate the impact of government microblog. The weight of force index is calculated, and the influence is evaluated and analyzed. The results of empirical analysis show that the two government microblogs, the Communist Youth League Central Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, rank first in the importance of each indicator dimension and play a central role and strong control role.Secondly,44.46% of the influential variables of microblogs come from information disclosure-interaction public factor and 42.37% from information acquisition-feedback public factor.Different types of government micro-blogs have different equilibrium degree, and their promotion strategies are also very different. This paper makes an empirical study on the impact evaluation of government micro-blogs related to the "Yuhuan case" of emergencies.Sixteen government micro-blogs are clustered, and some suggestions are put forward to improve the impact of different characteristics of micro-blogs.Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures are summarized to improve the influence of general government micro-blogs,which is of great practical significance to enhance the credibility of the government and public satisfaction.
