A Study On The Community Integration Function Of CPC In Community

Community party organizations are the foundation of all the work and fighting capacity of the CPC,play an irreplaceable key role in grassroots governance,and are the important cornerstone of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,the social principal contradiction transformed,community basic-level party organization to further play its functions,value guidance,integrate social resources,coordinate the interests of all parties and promote the balanced development,ensure the smooth implementation of the party's line policies to ensure social and community stability and orderly.The integrative function of community party organizations plays an irreplaceable role in community construction and governance.It is extremely important to strengthen the integrative function of community party organizations.According to the analysis,the integrated function of community party organization can be divided into four dimensions: political integrated function,ideological integrated function,organizational integrated function and institutional integrated function.Among them,the political integration function is the soul of the integration function system,plays a leading role,the ideological integration function and organizational integration function is an important way to achieve the integration function system,and the system integration function plays an important role in the whole system,throughout all aspects and stages of the integration function system.Xiongan new area is a major decision and deployment made by the CPC central committee with comrade xi jinping at the core to promote coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,which is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance.However,with the relocation of some non-capital functional units and enterprises,land expropriation and old city reconstruction,the transformation of rural and county residents into metropolitan citizens,and the influx of a large number of migrants,the community construction in xiongan new area will bring great complexity and challenges.Male Ann district current task we are facing complex and difficult,representative,to be chosen as a sample,the thorough analysis and research on the region's present situation,the existing problems of community governance,party organizations at the grass-roots level integration function play situation,problems and way to solve,to explore and study the community construction and management has important significance.Through the investigation and analysis of xiongan new area,it is found that since the establishment of xiongan new area,the three counties of xiongan have suffered from problems such as residents' short-term interest damage,difficulty in unifying their thoughts,decreased sense of security,and increased unstable factors,which have brought a lot of pressure and challenges to the community party organizations.It is proved that it is a reliable way to deal with these challenges to give full play to the integrated function of community party organizations.However,at present,there are many difficulties and blockages in the process of community party organizations playing integrated functions,which are embodied in the following aspects: poor quality of life of community party organizations,weak ideological and political consciousness,urgent need to improve their abilities,not close contact with the masses.The main reason for these contradictions is that the political leadership of community party organizations is not strong,the thought leading force is not enough,the organizational force is not enough and the organizational structure is not scientific.Based on this,this paper proposes to cultivate the integrated function of community party organizations by strengthening the political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction and system construction of community party organizations,so as to escort the community construction and governance of xiongan new district and provide empirical experience and feasible plans for strengthening and improving urban and rural community governance.
