The reform of supervision system is a strong response made by the state after further understanding the severity of the form of corruption.A series of measures implemented in the reform are the embodiment of the state's strong fight against corruption.It is the superstructure adjustment means necessary to adapt to the economic development.Therefore,it is not only related to the development of the rule of law in China,but also plays a crucial role in the harmony of the country's qingming and the continuous development of social order,so from the beginning of the pilot phase has been highly concerned by the community.In 2018,China passed the supervision law,which is an important measure to push the reform of the supervision system into a new journey.The reform of the state supervision system has been carried out to optimize and integrate the anti-corruption resources scattered in various organs and comprehensively prevent and combat corruption.It is worth noting that an important part of the reform is to transfer the power of investigating duty crimes from the procuratorial power to the supervisory commission.Since then,China's job-related crimes have been investigated by the special organs of the supervisory commission.Therefore,there will be a lot of questions about this new system that need to be discussed and deserve to be discussed.This article will carry on the analysis from four parts to the supervisory commission this duty crime investigation power.The first chapter mainly introduces the supervisory committee and the relevant theories of duty crime investigation,the concept of duty crime investigation will point out supervisory committee to discuss its properties,property.It is the principle that should be followed to analyze the basis of transferring the power of investigating duty crime of the procuratorate to the supervisory commission.In addition,two important questions need to be answered: one is whether the investigation activitiescarried out by the supervisory commission are all job-related crimes,and the other is the relationship between the investigative power of job-related crimes of the supervisory commission and the former investigating power.The second chapter mainly discusses the problems that the supervisory commission will face when it exercises the right to investigate job-related crimes.The third chapter generalizes how other major countries and regions carry out the investigation of duty crimes and provides some experience for the supervisory commission of our country in exercising the right to investigate duty crimes.The fourth chapter puts forward some improvement measures from various aspects to promote the supervisory commission to better exercise its power of investigating job-related crimes.
