Research On The Interaction Relationship Between Social Workers And Grassroots Community Correction Teams

Community correction is the product of the socialization thought of execution.It plays an important role in making up for the insufficiency of prison penalties and helping criminal to be more socialized and socialized.With the strong promotion and support of the government,community corrections have developed rapidly in China,and the results have been remarkable.Under the guidance of the national “dual-subject” policy,the public security organs have the right to correct the law in the community,and the executive power is handed over to the judicial administrative organs.In the practical work,at the executive level,in addition to the judicial administrative organs,the professional social workers sent by the social work institutions have gradually become an important team in the community correction work.As a social force,social workers enter the community correction field led by the judicial administrative organs,and then enter the grassroots community correction team to participate in judicial practice.As a combination of two emerging industries,community correction social work requires successful learning and theoretical guidance.This study sorts out the development status of community correction in N District through the entry conditions of social work and the construction of grassroots work framework,and presents the current status of community correction work.Eight actors who constitute the grassroots community correction team are explained and further summarized into four types of participants,showing the role classification in the team.In order to present the interaction between social workers and grassroots community correction teams,the author conducts in-depth analysis from the four dimensions of work objectives,work patterns,division of labor cooperation and conflict phenomena.In light of the actual situation,the author finds that social workers who enter the community correction team as professionals face some problems:the differences in the positioning of social work,the proportion of supervision and compression,and the effectiveness of work are questioned.Suggestion for above-mentioned interlocking problem is that social workers should achieve a reasonable positioning in the team,that is,professional assistants,forming a benign relationship,to look for advantages of complement,and work with other characters to complete community corrections.Social workers working in the judicial field should promote dialogue between the judiciary and the profession,and shoulder the heavy responsibility of localization of judicial social work.
