China's Government At The County Level Sudden Natural Disaster Emergency Management Mechanism Research

China,with its vast territory and complex terrain,is often affected by various natural disasters.It is one of the countries with frequent and severe natural disasters in the world.In recent years,China has been hit by major sudden natural disasters such as earthquakes,floods and mudslides.The frequent occurrence of various kinds of sudden natural disasters has not only caused serious economic losses to the local people,but also posed a serious threat to the personal and property safety of the people.The county-level government,as the most basic part of the national management system,plays an extremely important role in preventing and controlling natural disasters,reducing losses and adverse effects,stabilizing county politics,developing social economy and ensuring the safety of people's life and property.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the emergency management mechanism of natural disasters at the county level.The author adopts literature research method,case analysis method and other research methods to comprehensively and systematically analyze the typical sudden natural disasters in recent years in China and the construction status of the emergency system of the county level government.And country devastating tornado as the breakthrough point to our country government at the county level sudden natural disaster emergency management mechanism are analyzed,summarized our country government at the county level in the construction of sudden natural disaster emergency management mechanism has professional talents and facilities deficiency,natural village infrastructure backwardness,some issues such as lack of social rescue plan as a whole,and the researches in the cause of these problems and explore.Finally,this study provides Suggestions from multiple perspectives of the construction of emergency management mechanism for natural disasters of county-level governments,so as to provide valuable references for strengthening public awareness of disaster risks,formulating relevant disaster risk prevention policies by county-level government departments and improving the emergency management system of county-level governments.
