Research And Design Of Intelligent Community Management System Based On SOA

In recent years,with the development of Internet and community construction,community service has received more and more attention,and people want to enjoy convenient community service in the community.But now the majority of the community terminal software has some disadvantages: single function,not conducive to the expansion of the function,poor compatibility of human-computer interaction interface,and unable to provide recommendation service for the user community.Aiming at the above shortcomings and the needs of the community users,this project,according to the standards of intelligent community construction,combines the characteristics of loose coupling and easy expansion of the SOA architecture,the intelligent community management system based on SOA is designed,which mainly provides users with community basic service function and recommendation service function.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.Analyze the research status of intelligence community,intelligence community on the recommendation service and B/S service model of SOA architecture at home and abroad;point out the shortcomings of the intelligence community management system and traditional software architecture;combined with the community user's demand on the basic services of system and recommendation service function,design system solution and illustrate the key technology.2.According to the community user's demand on recommendation service,deeply understand collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm of common similarity calculation methods and other improved recommendation algorithms,integrate the information entropy into collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm to reduce the error caused by user ratings sparsity,and combine with the characteristics of the community user to incorporate community factor in collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm to improve the accuracy of recommendation algorithm.The average value of the improved recommendation algorithm is 0.79;compared with the CTCF,IMCF and ALS-?CF,the accuracy rate increased by 1.04%,1.62% and 3.82% respectively.3.Based on SOA hierarchical design idea and the B/S service model,divide the software into the presentation layer,control layer,business logic layer and data access layer and data layer.And according to user requirements,design and realize system service function,including personal information management,community personnel information management,community infrastructure information management,community property management,community notification information management,community business service management and community recommendation service,as well as improve the recommended algorithm in the recommended service function at the same time.4.Build a test environment,according to the user demand on community services and test standard of software quality of GB/T 25000.51-2016 and GB/T 25000.10-2016,testing the function of the system function,in order to test the rationality and feasibility of system function.The test results show that the system satisfies the user's demand on the community basic services and recommendation services,whose stability and compatibility meet the national software standards.
