| On the background of the manage the Party strictly and anti-corruption,improve the capability of the auditing team is the key to improve the capability of the resumption for supervisory team.“Improve of the capability of instruction,improve the abilities” is the general request from the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Committee if the CPC.However,in consideration of the objective factor for the geographical environment and the backwards of the economic level,the outflow of the talent of the auditing system is the biggest dilemma for the insufficient of the management of the Party for County C.This paper is discussing the efficient way to improve the capabilities of the current team by using the competency model.This paper is studying the capability of the current the leading team of the discipline inspection and supervision of the County C,by using the literature research method,questionnaire method and interviewing method.First,in the paper,I present the current situation and existing problems,then,analysis the reason for those existing problems,searching for the theoretical basis by using methods of get the elements of the competence and the structure to building the competency model.At last,from blow four elements which are capability strengthen,changing the environment,improving the actual for the culture of capability and active the iterated capability mechanism,by using the competency model and competency thoughts to give out the optimize strategy and solution for the improving capacity for the leader team of the discipline inspection and supervision department of county C.This paper is to discuss the problem from two points,one is from the angle of improving competency model,how to build the basement for the discipline inspection and supervision department from the current situation of county C.and the other way is to discover the capabilities of the leader's team by using the competency model. |
