Study On The Risk Supervisionof Drug Quality In Dongguan City Based On Three-Dimensional Risk Matrix

In recent years,with the development of Pharmaceutical manufacturing in China,the quality of drugs has been improved.With the improvement of people's living standard,people begin to pay more attention to their own health and quality of life.Recalling the major drug safety accidents in China in recent years,such as the "Herba Houttuynia" event,the "Xinfo" event inAnhui,the“fake drugs” event inZhejiang,and the unlawful business operations of vaccines in Shandong,all of them have exposed the weaknesses in the areasof drug manufacturing,drug sale and druguse in China.At the same time,it also reflects the defects of drug quality management system and the lack of risk supervision in our country.How to fully understand the risks and how to perfect the preventive measures to avoid the drug quality risk is an important research direction in drug quality supervision at present.In this paper,we will focus on the risk indicator design of the drug quality supervision,combined with literature research,questionnaire,qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.We will take Dongguan City as an example,the current risk distribution of drug quality are summarized,the selection of the risk indicator caused by drug quality,the use of risk assessment method matrix,quantitative analysis of the results of the index,constructing three-dimensional risk matrix,and finally forms the design of the index which can be used to measure the level and development trend of drug quality risk.It is expected that this index can achieve the effect of scientific identification,monitoring,prevention and control of risks,to control the influence of drug quality risk within acceptable range,making the index be widely applicable and practical.In addition,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for drug quality management to provide reference for supervision,human resource allocation,policy and regulation making and so on.
