Study On The Treatment Of Idle Land In Yangjiang High-Tech Development Zone

In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,the high-speed growth of China's urbanization mainly adopts the mode of the main expansion of the land increment,and the phenomenon of land and land is frequent in the local government performance assessment,the land finance,the frequent adjustment of the government planning and the blind investment attraction.Resulting in a large number of idle land phenomena.The idle land is not only caused by the chaos of the land market,the speculation is intensified,the contradiction between the supply and demand of the land is intensified,and the pressure of the cultivated land protection is also increased.Under the guidance of government regulation theory and public choice theory,this paper draws lessons from the theory and practical experience of idle land governance by means of literature research,data statistics,investigation and other research methods.This paper systematically collects and arranges the idle land data of Yangjiang High-tech Development Zone,studies and analyzes the time,space,quantity and other characteristics of idle land,analyzes the existing problems and causes of idle land management,and puts forward suggestions and suggestions.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the problem of idle land management in the high-tech industrial development zone of Yangjiang is mainly as follows: the idle land investigation is hard,the idle land is difficult to find,the development and utilization of the idle land is blocked and the disposal of the remaining land is not in place.Second,the cause of the existence of idle land governance mainly includes: the policy measures of idle land management are not perfect,the government's "economic man" behavior has contributed to the land idle,the administrative regulation is not proper,The industrial layout and urban planning have been adjusted frequently and have not yet formed a clear and well-defined coordination and governance mechanism.Third,the countermeasure of idle land management is put forward.include the strengthening of the law governing the governance of idle land System construction,strengthen day-to-day management of idle land and establish linkage mechanism among various departments,etc.
