Study On The Government Response Of Quanzhou Government Service Hotline

As a channel for the masses to reflect their demands,the government service hotline has the advantages of high efficiency and convenience.With the development of economy and the progress of society,the citizen's sense of participation is increasing,and the government's service concept is deepening.The government service hotline has become one of the important ways for the government to innovate its work mode and provide public services.In order to better serve the masses,the government service hotline has gradually developed towards the integration of all government agencies' non-emergency service hotline numbers and the establishment of a comprehensive call platform integrating urban management and services.As an important way of interaction between the government and the people,the government response is the core element.Effective government response is the basis of the existence and development of government service hotline,and is the necessary condition for the government service hotline to play an important role in easing social contradictions.The comprehensive government service hotline puts forward higher requirements and greater challenges to the government's response ability.This paper takes Quanzhou City as an example,combines governance theory,service-oriented government theory and the whole government theory,and explores the government response in the government service hotline through literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis and other methods.Based on the relevant data of Quanzhou 12345 Convenient Service Platform from 2015 to 2018,this paper analyses the current situation of government response in Quanzhou Government Service Hotline from two dimensions of response mechanism and response process,from four aspects of response efficiency,response quality,response degree and response effectiveness,and then deeply analyses the problems and causes of government response,and refers to the practical experience of hotline response of government service in other cities at home and abroad,finally puts forward suggestions to further enhance the effectiveness of government response in Quanzhou government service hotline,so as to provide some valuable reference for constructing "service-oriented government" and "overall government" in Quanzhou.
