The process of the continuous development of the maker movement,a large number of makers with innovative consciousness and creative ability emerged,which greatly promoted the development of economy,culture and society,in order to cultivate more young makers who have the courage to innovate and dare to create spirit.The introduction of the concept of makers in the education sector has formed a new educational model of maker education.Maker education originated in foreign countries,and then introduced into the country,set off a wave of development of Maker education.From the concept of Maker in 2015,it has appeared in China's relevant policy documents for the first time.According to the release of national policies,the state has paid more and more attention to Maker education,and it has been applied to higher education and transformation of results from paying attention to Maker education.Slowly develop to begin to notice the important position of Maker Education in primary and secondary education.Therefore,this thesis chooses the youth community maker education as the research object.The community here refers to a settlement area shaped by human aggregation activities in the macro sense.Through the Smith policy implementation model analysis,the deep-rooted reasons for the current youth community Maker education problem are Propose relevant countermeasures.This paper chooses to write from the following aspects: The first part,the research basis: This part is the basic description of the thesis research,including the research background,research significance,research content,literature review and research methods,and proposes the Smith policy implementation model.To lay the foundation for the research of the thesis;the second part is to construct the research model: this part analyzes the relevant influence factors of the youth community creator education policy,and constructs the theoretical framework for studying the current situation of the hobbyist education in the youth community;The third part,Analyze the current situation and find the problem: This part through the interviews with the leaders of the community creator education institutions in Shaanxi Province,combined with the results of the questionnaires for young people,as well as the compilation of research reports on community Maker education in Shaanxi Province,to understand the youth community Thecurrent state of development of Maker Education and the discovery of problems.The fourth part,countermeasures and suggestions: This part is the key content of the research,combined with the Smith policy implementation model,through the relatively complete analysis of the content,subject,object and environmental system of the youth community hobby education in Shaanxi Province,Countermeasures.The fifth part : summarizing the overall research,finding that the research is insufficient,and at the same time proposing the basic direction for the in-depth research and development of the future.
