Social Work Involved In The Study Of Spiritual Comfort Of The Half-disabled Elderly

In today's world where active aging is advocated,how to help the disabled and semi-disabled elderly group enjoy a happy old life is not only the responsibility of the elderly family,but also a question worthy of consideration for the whole society in the face of the disabled and semi-disabled elderly group with large base and high growth rate.In this paper,under the perspective of social work to maslow's hierarchy of needs,social support theory as the theoretical support,with half of X welfare hospital disability elderly as the research object,using action research method,literature analysis method and unstructured interviews,through on-the-spot investigation X welfare courtyard half lost to the old man's spirit demand present situation,found that the lack of spiritual solace,embodied in the following aspects: low identity,can participate in activities,activity participation enthusiasm is not high,severe social isolation and a lack of social resources.This study combines the actual situation of X welfare homes and semi-disabled elderly people,using case work methods and group work methods to help the semi-disabled old people to improve their self-awareness,improve their mood,and enhance their social communication skills to meet the elderly.The spiritual needs of respecting needs,social interaction needs and improving emotional needs enhance the spiritual comfort and subjective well-being of the elderly.Finally,in this paper,the effect on the implementation of service and intervening half disability elderly spiritual solace summarized the practical process of reflection,and on how to meet the demand of half a disability elderly spiritual solace gives somerelevant Suggestions,in order to promote the development of geriatric social work and progress,for our country enjoys a life to build a happy life in the elderly.
