Pay satisfaction research,mainly based on equity theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,based on the theory of double factors theory and prospect theory.In recent years,taking an examination of civil servants is hot,but as a civil servant view of pay satisfaction is not too many people focus on,common study is macro that compensation incentive is not strong,but no one really has detailed understanding to the grass-roots civil service pay,on from personality to common research there are vacancies.Therefore,on the theory of human resource management,for the final with broad group characteristics of conclusion to do a good job of solid foundation,it is very necessary.Pay is the most direct the most effective tool to motivate people to work hard.People pay satisfaction directly affects the work efficiency and work quality.Civil servants at the grass-roots level is a direct service for the masses,face to face on behalf of the government for mass work group,and their work attitude and work efficiency directly affects the people view of the government.For most civil servants at the grass-roots level,they have no high administrative levels,no broad career advancement channels,so,competitive and strong incentive pay system became an important factor to inspire them to work.Although the specification after the reform of civil service pay system,but the equal pay at the same level played down the difference between the different departments work,"equal pay for equal work" can't be guaranteed.Unreasonable compensation differential Settings,weaken the incentive mechanism in the reform of legacy caused discontent among grass-roots civil servants,affects the working attitude and efficiency.Compensation situation in WEH area as an example this study conducted a study on civil servants' pay satisfaction,visit the actual situation of the grass-roots civil service pay system,understand the satisfaction with the current salary system for civil servants at the grass-roots level,the thorough analysis to discover the factors influencing compensation satisfaction,find out the real reason for low pay satisfaction,and puts forward the ascension of civil servants' pay satisfaction strategies,to the point of view of incentive mechanism to promote grass-roots civil servants work enthusiasm,improve office efficiency.
