| Literally meaning "Standing forward and helping others" in Chinese,Good Samaritan spirit,has been a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and a profound manifestation of socialist core values.In September 2001,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the State Council clearly stated the requirement in their opinions on further strengthening the comprehensive governance of social security,and vigorously praised the righteous as an advanced figure and promoted social justice.In January 2017,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the" Opinions on the Implementation of The Project of Inheriting and Developing China's Excellent Traditional Culture",and issued a notice requiring all departments in various regions and regions to implement it in real earnest.It clearly points out that"to inherit and develop China's excellent traditional culture,we should vigorously carry forward such traditional Chinese virtues as unceasing self-improvement,devotion to the business,helping the poor,doing good deeds and showing filial respect to the old and the elderly." The important instructions indicated the direction for the work of spreading the spirit in the new era,and the important guiding opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council injected strong impetus into the development of the cause.In recent years,many heroic groups and individuals have sprung up in Gansu province,and when they face illegal and criminal deeds or crisis,they stood up and fought with them.The high quality and integrity as greatly inspired the people the courage of fighting against illegal and criminal,effectively deter and cracking down on the criminals,to protect the public interest and people's life and property safety,maintaining social stability made important contributions.The act of bravery has played a broad,exemplary and timely role in publicizing the education people,typical demonstration and guidance,promoting the new wind and justice,and stopping the illegal and criminal activities.The thoughts and deed reflecting "being a good man","cynicism" and"saying no when help is needed" are detrimental for this society,and we need to fully arouse the enthusiasm of play to the public participation,leading the whole society to carry forward this spirit,and help individuals to be ready to share the good atmosphere and resist harmful phenomenon.in reference to domestic and foreign advanced experience of the working mechanism of ready,summarizes some useful enlightenment for Gansu province,such as the transition to conform to good personnel demand service-oriented government departments,and personnel ready to form the benign interaction;For example,build a service-oriented government department that provides convenience and help for volunteers,and form a benign interaction with volunteers;To build advanced,scientific and democratic promotion mechanisms and mobilize the enthusiasm of the public to participate in doing good deeds;We will introduce policies to encourage and advocate the spirit of doing good deeds,and set up a platform for honoring good deeds.This thesis also targets at helping build an advanced,scientific and democratic promotion mechanism to mobilize the public's enthusiasm for doing good;Set up a platform to publicize the policy,spirit and behavior of good Samaritan spirit.It also puts forward suggestions on culture,legislation,management and cooperation in order to solve the problems of imperfect security system,insufficient social participation and insufficient publicity of education.By strengthening organizational leadership,improving social security,and building innovative mechanisms,education guides social forces to extensively participate in doing good deeds,laying a good social foundation for building a harmonious society and realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation. |
