Study On Collaborative Governance Model Of Community Relief In Baoding

The cooperative governance of community relief is complex and diverse.Through the cooperative governance of multiple subjects,the best relief effect can be achieved,the demand can be met,the social security system can be effectively implemented and the public interest can be maximized.But at present,there are a variety of problems of disharmony and instability,focusing on resource allocation,service networks and platforms,exclusion,rights and responsibilities.In order to better ensure the effect of community relief co-governance,improve satisfaction,improve the co-governance model of community relief is urgent.As an ideal theoretical model of community relief management,collaborative governance promotes the effective integration of relief forces and spirit in the community platform,improves the level of community relief,and provides a useful supplement to the relevant research in the field of community relief.Through the comprehensive use of literature analysis,quantitative analysis and questionnaires and other methods,from both theoretical research and practical application,the collaboration of community assistance is studied in depth.On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research results,this paper makes a dialectical analysis and summary of the related concepts of community assistance and collaborative governance,and sums up the theoretical basis of good governance,grid and justice theory.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the Co-governance of Jinchang(East,West)and Sanxing communities in Baoding City,Hebei Province on the issue of community assistance,and illustrates the universality of community assistance in China from the theoretical level through the explanation of the problem.Further combined with the validated conclusions,the reasons for the low level of collaborative governance in community assistance are analyzed in depth.We should locate the influencing factors at different levels and improve the system construction,spiritual integration,communication and interaction and operation mode of community assistance and collaborative governance.The fundamental purpose is to serve the development of community construction,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the mostdisadvantaged,ensure the fair and equitable allocation of resources,and realize the maximization of community public interests,which is also a process of good governance.
