Study On The Optimization Of Shanty Town Reconstruction Planning And Administration Process In TJ City

The reconstruction of shanty town is an important measure for China's protection of the national economy and people's livelihood.It represents the progress of urban construction in China and is also a blessing for the benefit of people's livelihood.It has great social significance.The reconstruction of shanty towns can speed up the solution to the housing difficulties of low-income people and vulnerable groups in China,improve the quality of life,improve the living environment,share the results of reform and development,and increase the credibility of the government.It plays a very important role in intensive use of land,increasing investment in construction,promoting residents' consumption,improving people's employment,promoting public services,strengthening social management,and promoting the development of urbanization.There are still many difficult problems in the reconstruction of shanty town in China,which are most typical in the aspects of the reform of the shanty town,planning and land consolidation,land expropriation and demolition mobilization,supporting facilities construction,policy publicity and implementation,government work mechanism,market operation mechanism,livelihood security mechanism,supervision mechanism and relocation and relocation of households and reemployment.It is particularly important to solve problems,resolve contradictions,and explore squatter settlement planning and administration processes that are in line with national conditions and urban realities.This dissertation takes TJ as a sample to conduct in-depth research.This dissertation uses the relevant theories and scientific methods of shantytown reconstruction to compare the different modes and characteristics of shanty towns in different regions at home and abroad,and according to relevant policy documents,laws and regulations,explains the background,purpose,and significance of the shantytown reconstruction planning administration process.Investigate shanty town reconstruction work in an all-round and multi-angle manner.In the research,we insisted on combining theory with practice,combining universality with particularity,using practical experience to test theories and methods,and conducted several months of investigation and research on the process of planning and reforming the shanty town in TJ city,to fully examine the gains and losses.Since 2013,TJ city has launched a large-scale reconstruction of shanty towns,and has made active explorations in policy formulation,land planning,land requisition and house demolition,resettlement and other aspects.It has achieved certain results,but there are also some problems,mainly in funds.Implementation,land requisition and demolition,functional planning,land consolidation,supporting construction,policy advocacy and landing,relocation of relocated households and other aspects.On this basis,according to the specific situation of TJ City's political,economic,humanistic and shantytown reconstruction work,it mainly starts from the aspects of optimizing government work mechanism,market operation mechanism,popular participation mechanism,livelihood security mechanism,supervision mechanism,etc.The countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the planning and administration process of shantytown reconstruction are put forward.Through this special study,we sought to explore a shanty town reconstruction administration model that is in line with the national conditions,especially in line with the actual situation in TJ city,and has played a role in further advancing the reconstruction of shanty towns,which has served as a theoretical research and practice for China's shanty town reconstruction to play the role of a brick attracting to a jade.
