"One Village,One Legal Adviser" system is a form of purchasing lawyers or legal service workers to serve as legal advisers in grass-roots villages to establish a more comprehensive legal service delivery model,covering a wider range of services in flour.With the rapid development of economy and the change of urban-rural pattern,various contradictions and disputes emerge one after another in rural areas.The demand for legal services and the lack of legal resources in rural areas are increasingly prominent.Under the background of ruling the country by law,using the thinking of ruling by law,the Zeng family's basic legal service supply has become the inevitable choice to solve this difficult problem.The "one village,one legal adviser" system is still in its infancy,and there are some anomie problems in the implementation process.Through empirical research,it is found that the current system in our country has some problems,such as lack of relevant policies,low degree of system implementation,lack of guarantee mechanism and evaluation and supervision mechanism,etc.On the basis of relevant theoretical research and taking the problem as a breakthrough,the following three countermeasures are put forward.The government has strengthened the security system,the legal service agencies have standardized the operation mechanism,and the rural masses and village collectives have promoted the system optimization.Lack of relevant funds and evaluation mechanism.
