Research On The Present Situation And Counter-measures Of Ethnic Work In Communities In Hefei City

Under the multiple influences of institutional changes,economic situation and national strategy,the social population began to flow on a large scale and across regions.As important economic factors,ethnic minority compatriots “migrate” in a free and open market.There are nearly 30 million minority migrants in the city.How can these groups achieve better development and better service and management in the city? It is an unavoidable topic in our national work.Therefore,the status of urban ethnic work is increasingly important.This paper selects the Swan Lake community in the Laoshan District of Hefei as a research site,draws on the theory and content of urban ethnic work,and combines the relevant experience of national and foreign work at home and abroad to analyze the national work policies and measures of Hefei City.Summarize the current experience of the ethnic work in the community,sort out the details of the work of the community,analyze the key points and difficulties of the ethnic work in the community,and find out the causes of the problems in time,thereby further innovating the community work system,safeguarding the political rights of ethnic minorities,and promoting ethnic minorities.Economic development,building a harmonious and beautiful community.The first chapter of this paper introduces the current situation of community work in Hefei.It mainly starts from three parts.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of Hefei City.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of minority residents in Hefei City.Finally,it focuses on the current situation of ethnic work in urban communities in Hefei.The second chapter introduces the current situation of ethnic work in the Swan Lake community in Hefei from three aspects,and summarizes the practical experience of the ethnic work in the Swan Lake community.The third chapter summarizes the problems in the community work.Community ethnic work has the dual attributes of management and service,the difference of integration and adaptation,the interweaving of ethnic relations and economic development,and the coexistence of culture from a shared perspective.The fourth chapter puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the community work.First,improve the community's comprehensive service functions.Second,promote the healthy development of minority economies.Finally,promote the integration of national culture.Community ethnic work is a strategic,basic and long-term work.With the progress of modernization and urbanization,the masses of all ethnic groups have gathered in the cities,exchanges and exchanges have become more frequent,new contradictions and new problems in economic and cultural fields have emerged,which is not conducive to the sound development of national unity.At present,there are 52 ethnic minorities in Hefei City,with a population of about 48,000.The floating population of ethnic minorities is about 20,000.The phenomenon that all ethnic groups live in the same community is becoming more and more common.Strengthening ethnic minority work is to promote national unity.The important guarantee of harmony and progress is related to the overall situation of harmony and stability.In recent years,the community work in Hefei has been effective,but there are still many problems to be solved,such as the imperfect system and mechanism,the need to improve the service level,and the urgent need to innovate in working methods.These problems are restricting the development of ethnic communities.
