Investigation On The Factors Affecting Public Satisfaction Of Jinan Municipal Government Data Open Platform

With the progress and development of the society,the public's data awareness and data needs are gradually increasing,and the requirements for government open data are getting higher and higher.The opening of government data is different from the disclosure of government information.The opening of government data emphasizes the reuse of data and the enhancement of data value.It pays more attention to citizen demand and result orientation.It is the product of the two-way choice and cooperation between the government and citizens.The government data open platform is a bridge between the government and the public.Through the data open platform,citizens can not only obtain data,use data,but also monitor government work more intuitively and indirectly participate in public management.Therefore,studying the factors affecting the public satisfaction of the government data open platform is conducive to grasping the public demand and promoting the long-term development of the platform.At present,the domestic research on the open platform of government data is still in its infancy.From the perspective of public satisfaction,this paper takes the Jinan municipal government data open platform as the survey object,and constructs a model of the public satisfaction impact factor of the government data open platform.Based on this,the survey is conducted to determine the Jinan city.The influencing factors of public satisfaction of government data open platform,combined with the research results,put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.The first part determines the research object and the research content on the basis of collecting,sorting and analyzing the literature resources.The second part expounds the related concepts of government data open platform and public satisfaction model,which provides theoretical support for subsequent research.The third part cites the typical public satisfaction model,combined with the characteristics of the government data open platform,and selected seven variables of data quality,data ease of use,platform function ease of use,platform openness,platform security,public satisfaction,and public loyalty.The government data open platform public satisfaction influence factor model,and propose research hypotheses.The fourth part first introduces the status quo of the data open platform of Jinan Municipal Government,and then designs the satisfaction questionnaire according to the model constructed in this paper and conducts small-scale interviews.According to the survey results,the fifth part analyzes the data quality,data ease of use,platform function ease of use,platform openness,platform security factors have a positive impact on public satisfaction,public satisfaction can promote public loyalty,and research hypotheses Verification.The sixth part first summarizes the research results,followed by improving the user's satisfaction with the Jinan municipal government data open platform,and puts forward relevant suggestions.Finally,the shortcomings and research prospects of this research are expounded.
