The armed police force is an important part of China's armed forces,mainly responsible for counter-terrorism,stability,emergency rescue,disaster relief and defense operations.Improving the initiative and initiative of officers and men in the grass-roots squadron's duty,combat readiness and training is of great importance for improving the operational capability of the armed police force.With the development of modern management science,how to effectively stimulate the potential of organizational members has become the focus of management researchers.It has not been able to integrate the overall development and construction objectives of the grass-roots squadron into the incentive mechanism,and the lack of modern theoretical guidance makes the grass-roots team and the officers and soldiers only form a behavior pattern that only pays attention to short-term benefits.Then,the incentive effect is not good,and the talent training needs not match with the development and construction of the squadron.This article from the public sector human resources management and incentive mechanism related theories.Combined with the comprehensive incentive model,suggestions on how to improve the incentive mechanism of the grassroots squadron of the armed police force are put forward.It is hoped that this study will provide some references for the establishment of the incentive mechanism for the grass-roots squadron of the armed police force.
