Research On The Promotion Of Rural Governance By The New Rural Sage Culture Of Xinxiang City

Culture is the blood of a nation,the spiritual home of the people and the important support for a strong and prosperous country.General Secretary Xi jinping stressed: "we should fully tap into the ideological concepts,humanistic spirit and moral norms embodied in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and combine the requirements of The Times with inheritance and innovation,so that the Chinese culture will show its lasting charm and charm of The Times." Rural sage culture is an excellent traditional culture in China,which plays a decisive role in maintaining the stability and development of China's rural society.However,with the development of the society,the influence of the traditional culture of local sages is gradually declining,and the culture of local sages needs to be inherited and innovated in the new era.After the No.1 document of the central committee in 2015 proposed to innovate local sage culture,new rural sage culture appeared frequently in central meetings and documents.The 13 th five-year plan period is a crucial period for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and for promoting cultural prosperity and development.Therefore,in the context of China's social development entering a new historical direction,namely the new era,the new village sage culture,as an important starting point of rural governance,should give full play to the role of culture in leading the fashion,educating the people,serving the society and promoting development.Paper to advanced group phenomenon in Xinxiang of Henan province as the research case,focus on investigation and research on the phenomenon of Xinxiang new follow villager groups promote the achievements and challenges of rural governance and combining with China's eastern,central and western one case,finally put forward under the background of new era of new follow villager culture countermeasures of promoting rural governance.This paper consists of seven parts,which are introduction,five parts and conclusion.The introduction mainly describes the background,significance,domestic and foreign research literature review,as well as the research methods,innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The first chapter,first of all,the new rural sage culture and rural governance of the basic concept of an overview.Secondly,it gives the theory of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the situation of promoting rural governance by new rural sage culture in China,and elaborates the measures,achievements and causes of promoting rural governance by new rural sages culture in Xinxiang city combined with big data.The third chapter reveals the challenges and reasons in the process of promoting rural governance by the new rural sage culture of Xinxiang city,including the loss of talent elites,the need to improve the quality of villagers,the defects of the new rural sages themselves,and distorted local culture.The reasons for the existing challenges are analyzed,including the rural financial investment insufficiency,the system construction weak,and the government own construction needs to strengthen.The fourth chapter mainly introduces and analyzes the cases of promoting rural governance by the culture of new local elites in the east,central and west of China after the reform and opening up.At first,it briefly expounds the modes of shangyu in Zhejiang province,lijiagang bay in Hubei province and yinjiang county in Guizhou province.Then the case is analyzed and the common characteristics are summarized: the commonness of the new rural sages,the diversification of the carriers for the new rural sages to participate in the rural governance,the effective integration of the new rural sages' cultural resources,the rural construction according to local conditions,and the joint participation of multiple subjects in the rural governance.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures for the promotion of rural governance in the new era of the new rural sage culture,including strengthening the cultivation of the new rural sage;enhancing the economic function of the new rural sage culture,to promote the economic upgrading of the rural areas;and exerting the power of the new rural sage culture to promote grassroots democratic development;playing of the culture of the new village culture,to ensure the stability of the rural social order.The conclusion is a brief summary of the content of the article,and describes the shortcomings of the article.
