Study On The Role Of A Police Station Of Tianjin Public Security Bureau In The New Era

Held in Beijing on October 18,2017,19 times the national congress of the communist party of China,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the titled "redefining new era to build a well-off society in an all-round way to gain the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics" of the report.The report made a historic announcement that socialism with Chinese characteristics had entered a new era.Since China's reform and opening up,the economic society has changed,and the civil rights consciousness of the masses is gradually awakening.In our country,the role of police station can't satisfy the demand of the new era already,we urgently need a new set of theory to reposition our police stations,to comply with the requirements of the new era.In this paper,the concept of police and police roles is sorted out firstly,and the police role positioning is analyzed.Taking the new public service theory as the theoretical framework of the study on the role of police station of Tianjin public security bureau,this paper introduces the content of the new public service theory and the construction of the service-oriented government in China.Explain the basic content of the theory of no growth improvement and broken window theory.As the theoretical support of the role positioning of a police station of Tianjin public security bureau.From the analysis of the existing laws in China,it is clear that the police are mainly responsible for the maintenance of social order,combating crime and providing emergency assistance.Then,the author points out the problems and possible effects of the role positioning and the reasons for these problems from the actual situation of the police station A in Tianjin.This paper summarizes the experience of police role positioning at home and abroad,and analyzes the ways to reposition service role of police station A in the new era.Through the study of this paper,it provides an important reference for the role of police station in the new era,under the new background and under new requirements.
