The main target of government-level government departments is some residents.In the actual government process,there are many related businesses that need to be dealt with.Under the traditional management mode,many resources are related to themselves through manual records.The transaction is arranged,which is inefficient and cannot be reminded in real time,which can easily lead to delays in important matters.Not only that.Many of them are business processes that require the collaboration of multiple departments to complete the traditional mode.The information island phenomenon is more serious,and the departments cannot cooperate well,resulting in a large number of duplicates of the same thing,which not only reduces work efficiency,but also reduces The public image of the government department.In the information age,these problems can be solved well through the government office platform.The paper mainly focuses on the government-level government office platform of the prefecture-level government.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,it analyzes the main problems encountered by the prefecture-level government in the daily business process.The roles involved are divided and extracted,and the needs of these users are investigated and analyzed in the form of use case diagrams to derive the functional requirements of the system:personal assistant,communication platform,official mail,document management,complaint management,supervision Chaweng Office and so on.The performance requirements of the system are analyzed from different angles.The average response time of the system should be controlled within 5 seconds,which can meet the concurrent access needs of 200 people.Secondly,the JavaEE platform,SSH architecture and Oracle database management system are used to design the architecture of the government office system in detail,and the specific functional operation flow is explained in the form of time series diagram.The Java language is used to program the specific functions.In the whole research process,the black box test method is adopted,and the main transaction of each stage is tested in detail.The test results show that the system not only satisfies the actual business of the user.Processing needs,and can continue to run stably.Through the use of the system in the Yingkou municipal government department,the system not only improves the efficiency of business processing,but also facilitates the communication between various departments,and can completely solve the problem of,information islands" between departments.The application of the system can improve the service efficiency and quality of the government department,and is of great significance for improving the government's job image.
