The Evolution Of The Thought Of Social Governance Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening Up

At the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the term "social governance" was first mentioned in the party's literature,replacing the old saying of "innovation of social management",viewing social development from a higher and broader perspective,and placing the construction of social governance system in the national strategic development.The thought of social governance of the Communist Party of China,as an important part of the thought of social construction of the Communist Party of China,is not produced overnight,but has existed and is in the process of continuous development since the founding of the Communist Party of China.Especially after the reform and opening up,with the improvement of China's economy and the stability of the social environment,the contradictions among the people gradually appear,and the governance of the society is imminent.Every leader of the party,based on a deep understanding of China's national conditions,integrates the idea of social governance into the party's documents and practices it.With the development of the times,the party's social governance thought innovates and develops in the process of innovation.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,historical analysis and system analysis.On the basis of clarifying the related concepts of society,social control,social transformation,social management and social governance,taking the historical development of the social governance thought of the Communist Party of China as an opportunity,it explores the theoretical basis and era background of the social governance thought of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up,and studies Deng Xiao respectively In the period of peacetime,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping,the party's relevant theories on social governance,comb out the evolution of the social governance thought of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up,and sum up the experience and rules in the process of evolution.Starting from the relationship between theory,practice and value,this paper expounds the continuous innovation of social governance theory in the process of social development,highlights the position of Xi Jinping's social governance theory in the new era,analyzes its development trend,and analyzes the challenges faced by the current international and domestic situation as well as the corresponding countermeasures.
