Study On Preferential Treatment Of Martyrs' Families Of Martyrs In Dalian

The martyr's surviving family is the abbreviation of the martyr's bereavement.The preferential treatment and pension to the martyr's bereavement is the economic system guarantee for the special crowd(martyr's survivors)in the form of legislation in our country.As an organic part of the social security system,it is of great practical significance in the modernization of national defense and the army and the maintenance of social harmony and stability.At present,with the rapid development of the economy and the continuous breakthrough and innovation of the national defense construction,the preferential pension support work in our country is out of touch with the actual work,which cannot meet the needs of the actual work,and the local contradictions which are not perfect in the construction of the system are gradually exposed.The letter is to be perfected and developed.Dalian City has a long history of studying the system of preferential treatment of martyrs'survivors.In the existing literature records,it is possible to clearly find all the provisions concerning the survivors' families of martyrs.On the basis of expounding the significance,purpose and method of the study,this paper,based on the methods of literature research,job observation and sampling interview,proceeds from the practical work of preferential treatment and pension for the survivors of martyrs in Dalian.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the law system of the martyrs' bereavement in the legislative level and the executive level are looked up,and the related theories of preferential treatment and pension for the martyrs' survivors are discussed.Summing up the past Dalian City martyrs' bereavement families of the way and methods to find out some advantages and disadvantages of preferential treatment of pension work;This paper analyzes and draws lessons from the literature research related to the preferential treatment of martyrs'survivors,and puts forward the practical work in the light of the present situation of the preferential treatment of martyrs' survivors in Dalian.The preferential care system for the survivors of martyrs is not perfect,the preferential care involves only basic living security,the funds for the preferential care and resettlement at the grassroots level are lacking,and the emphasis in the practical work is not on the bereaved families of the martyrs.Further analysis of the causes;In order to find out the development direction of the preferential treatment for the survivors of martyrs in Dalian City,the author synthesizes the concrete practice and experience in the preferential treatment of martyrs' survivors at home and abroad.Settle on how to solve the existing problems,put forward for the future development of the preferential treatment of survivors of martyrs in Dalian City,further establish and perfect the rules and regulations of preferential treatment for survivors of martyrs at the grassroots level,give noble honor to the survivors of martyrs,and compensate workers economically.A series of countermeasures,such as carrying out the service of martyrs' survivors to the society and combining the actual situation of Dalian City and the prospect of future development,are put forward to construct and improve the current preferential protection system.In order to promote the Dalian City martyrs bereavement preferential treatment and pension work to push forward contribution.
