After the baptism of the wave of reform and opening up,rapid urbanization and social transformation,China has gradually changed from a rural society "Born Here,Died Here" to a post-rural society based on the rural nature of the structure and modernized spirit and temperament. This paper takes the land acquisition and demolition of Z Village in Central China as the research object. The main bodies and the game skill in the process of land acquisition and demolition clearly show the reality of space and power in the rural society, and then analyze its internal logic. The study found that in the process of land acquisition and demolition, the rural government stratifies political mobilization in the local order based on personal relationship;when farmers fight for rights, they try to avoid positive resistance, but take "gambling compensation"speculation and will be levied. The land, houses and ground attachments serve as a tool in the game with state power.Meanwhile, the local government and peasant,as the subject of land acquisition and house demolition, are not only restricted by the rules and resources of the structure, but also shape the structure in the process of their action. In the process of land acquisition and demolition, there are still major problems such as the lack of Institutional consultation channels, the unreasonable distribution of exogenous interests, the lack of effective supervision mechanisms and the inadequacy of the protection of land-losing farmers. To this end,it is necessary to proceed from the Institutional consultation channels, explore the distribution mechanism of exogenous interests, improve the supervision system of land acquisition and demolition, and establish the guarantee mechanism of land-losing farmers, and realize the benign interaction between the government and farmers in land acquisition and house demolition.
