Research On The Needs Of "Internet+home-based Care" Service

In recent years,the number of the elderly population is increasing year by year,and the speed of aging is also accelerating.The pension problem of a large number of elderly groups has become a social problem that can not be ignored.Meanwhile,the Internet technology is developing rapidly and popularized.The new generation of information technology,such as big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,mobile Internet and Internet of things,is increasingly combined with traditional industries.The status of"Internet+home-based care" service featuring "Internet+" and traditional home-based care services is becoming increasingly prominent.From the perspective of the demand for "Internet+home-based care" service of the elderly,this thesis analyzes which services are contributing to the satisfaction of the elderly,and which services are more prominent.As for grasping the overall service needs of the elderly accurately,thus integrating limited pension service resources to provide services for the elderly better,and to improve their satisfaction and happiness in their old age.It is of great significance.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and welfare pluralism theory,this thesis takes the "Internet+home-based care" service demand identification as the research topic,and the full thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic,combing,summarizing and commenting on the relevant literature at home and abroad,introducing the research methods to be used in this thesis,as well as the possible innovation.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts,mainly defining the core concepts of this thesis,and introducing Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and welfare pluralism theory.The third part introduces Kano model from basic concepts,priority evaluation,advantages and limitations,and constructs Kano model analysis method.The fourth part is the empirical research part,and also the core part of this thesis.It mainly introduces the initial demand items and classification of"Internet+home-based care" service,the design and distribution of Kano model questionnaire,and the analysis of data collected.Finally,a hierarchy of service demand model of "Internet+home-based care" service is constructed.The fifth part is the conclusion and discussions.Combined with the demand hierarchy model of "Internet+home-based care" service,the thesis puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the provision of pension services under the guidance of welfare pluralism theory.The sixth part is a review and expectation,reviewing and summarizing the full text,pointing out the existing deficiencies needed to improve.At the same time,combining the specific situation of this research,making an expectation for the future development of the "Internet+home-based care" service.It's hoped that through the analysis and research in this thesis,we can provide reference for the development of "Internet+home-based care" service mode.At the same time,it is hoped that the Kano model can be introduced into the research field of"Internet+home-based care" service,which will promote the continuous development of research on pension services.
