Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Actual Combat Training Of Special Police In Hunan Province

In today's society,the characteristics of new-type criminals are more subtle,cunning,ferocious,in a variety of violent anti-law,assaulting police and other incidents occur from time to time.As a professional skill used by the special police in actual combat,the technique of capture and combat can effectively protect the police themselves and the people around them,and effectively control the criminals.The training outline for the Special Police Force formulated by the Ministry of Public Security clearly points out that grappling is the key content of the special police training subject.This paper mainly aims at the special police of Hunan Province as the research object,and carries out research on the Special Police detachment of 14 prefectures and cities in Hunan Province,through the methods of questionnaire survey,expert interview,on-the-spot visit and so on,28 special police units from 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province were investigated,from seven aspects of personnel structure,subjective cognition,material guarantee,teacher training,content system,form and method,evaluation and so on,this paper tries to find out the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the actual combat training of Hunan special police in arresting and fighting.The conclusions are as follows: the tasks of the regional special police detachment are gradually diversified,it is difficult to carry out the training work according to the established training plan in the actual work,and they are tired of coping with various tasks,in some areas,the work of special police is separated from the main task of special police.The leaders and members of special police should strengthen the crisis warning education The Special Police detachment pays more attention to the training content,the hardware facilities can basically meet the training needs,the Hunan Province lacks the standard training teaching material in the special police capture combat training,the teaching and the training level of the regional instructors are uneven;There are few special recruitment for the special fighting team members in different areas,the base of the whole team members is relatively weak,the strength of the teachers is relatively weak,and the overall training level is relatively low;There are no normative standards in the content,intensity,methods and other contents of training,and further scientific and reasonable planning and implementation should be made in the content,methods and contents of training,as a result,to a certain extent,the training results are not good,and there are certainlimitations in the trainees' understanding of grapple wrestling;at present,the Hunan provincial public security department does not have a special police corps that should further clarify the management mechanism,in order to promote the higher education and training work.On this basis,combined with the relevant literature,the main problems are sorted out,and the following suggestions are put forward: to Reduce non-police activities,to return to the main business of special police;Actively repay the local Party Committee and government,strive for the establishment of high-standard Actual Combat Training Base;strengthen the training of real combat combat teachers to improve the overall teaching level;compile teaching materials that meet the regional characteristics of Hunan Province and the actual work needs of special police;We should strengthen the horizontal cooperation with many departments,improve the actual combat training level,establish the corresponding evaluation mechanism,and promote the education and training work.
