Research On The Application Of Group Work Method In Improving The Ability Of Community Grid Members

As a new community governance model,grid governance has achieved remarkable results at the grassroots level.But in the specific practice,we also realize that as a practical exploration process,grid governance still has some outstanding problems,one of which is the lack of personal ability of community grid members,which affects the further improvement of Community Grid governance level.The capacity building of grid members has become a key measure of Community Grid governance.In the past,most of the training for grid members was in the form of mere formality and lack of professionalism,which led to poor training effect.Based on the community service project that the author participated in during the internship(the "one network" service grid member capacity improvement of Haiyue community),this paper explores the specific ways to improve the community grid member capacity by using group work methods.The project takes community grid members as the service object,and the ability improvement of community grid members as the service goal.As a service provider,social workers,through needs assessment,accurately analyze the specific situation and causes of the lack of ability of community grid members,and explore the goal and path of problem solving,so as to seek the theory and mode of using professional social work methods to achieve the goal and specific activity plan,and then carry out a series of group activities.After the completion of the project,the capacity of the service object,i.e.community grid members,is assessed,i.e.post test.Through the comparison of pre-test and post test and the specific process of group activities,the project evaluation is carried out,the project effectiveness is analyzed,the project is summarized and reflected based on the evaluation results,and relevant suggestions are put forward.From the implementation effect of the project,it is a practical and effective professional method to promote the ability of community grid members through group work.In the operation of the project,social workers,as service providers,play multiple roles such as educators,guides,and enablers in line with the professional purpose of"helping others to help themselves".Based on the theory of empowerment and interaction mode,social workers guide group members to carry out effective interaction and experience sharing through group activities,so as to stimulate individual potential and promote each other's growth.Through specific projects,this study systematically studies the effective ways to promote the ability of community grid members through group work,which is of great practical significance to improve the level of Community Grid governance;the professional reflection of insufficient research has certain reference value for the follow-up similar research and specific practical work.At the same time,the relevant suggestions put forward in this paper have a certain practical pertinence,and also have a specific reference for the service object of community grid members.
