Social Work Intervention Community Prisoners Social Support Network Construction Case Work Method

For a long time,imprisonment is the main form of punishment and correction of crime.Stepping into modern society,countries around the world face the challenge of high crime rates.On the one hand,prisons are overcrowded,and the government needs to invest more financial support;on the other hand,the recidivism rate is high after the offenders are released,and the limitation of imprisonment Sex is becoming more obvious.Criminologists and sociologists have discussed the nature of punishment.The humanitarianism of punishment and the socialization of punishment have gradually become the leading ideas of modern punishment theory,and community correction systems have emerged.Community correction,as a non-custodial penalty system,places criminals in the community for education and reform.In my country,the community correction system started late.Although some achievements have been made after more than ten years of development,there are still deficiencies and drawbacks.With the increasing maturity and perfection of the social work intervention model of social work intervention in developed countries in Europe and America,the case work method is widely used in community correction.Based on the background and purpose of community correction,this paper summarizes the status of domestic and foreign scholars about the significance of social support networks in community correction,the relationship between social work and social support networks and community correction,and the current status of practical research on casework methods in various groups.At the same time,the concept of community correction was defined,and then the types and problems of community support for community prisoners were analyzed.Based on the cooperation of social work involved in community prisoners' social support network construction,community prisoners in the P district Xiao L's social support status is case-studied,collecting data and information of service targets through methods such as social surveys and interview records,analyzing the current status of the community support network of community prisoners,and developing individual and community support network construction practices for the community support network.In order to form a set of systematic work methods for community prisoners social support network construction.This can not only enrich the theory and practice of social support networks,but also provide a reference plan for the practical work of frontline judicial social workers.
