A Study On The Standardization Of Law Enforcement In Public Security Bureau

With the gradual advancement of the socialist legal construction,the concept of the legal system has taken root in the hearts of the people,and the legal consciousness of the broad masses has gradually strengthened,putting forward new requirements for the law enforcement work of the public security system,strengthening the standardization construction of law enforcement is the only way to improve the law enforcement ability.In addition,on May20,2016,twenty-four meetings of the Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reforms deliberated and adopted the "opinions on deepening the standardization of Public Security Law Enforcement Construction"(hereinafter referred to as the opinions)."relevant departments in all regions should fully recognize the important role of deepening the standardization of public security law enforcement and building public security institutions under the rule of law in advancing the rule of law in an all-round way,strengthen organizational leadership and do their best to implement it," the opinion said.The standardization of law enforcement has been elevated to a new level and supported by guiding opinions.The local public security system starts the law enforcement standardization construction work exploration one after another.In this paper,XX county as an example around the grass-roots Public Security Bureau Law Enforcement Standardization.First of all,combing the domestic and foreign research situation,find out the current domestic and foreign Public Security Bureau law enforcement standardization construction problems,clear research direction.At the same time,the concept and theoretical basis of the standardization construction of law enforcement at the grass-roots level are analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for further analysis.Then the paper makes an in-depth investigation into the implementation of the law enforcement standardization construction of Public Security Bureau in XX county,and uses the balanced scorecard model to design a questionnaire survey aimed at financial investment,the public,the law enforcement standardization process and the learning and growth levels,with the aid of analytic hierarchy process,this paper evaluates the effect of the implementation of law enforcement standardization construction in Public Security Bureau County.From the evaluation and quantitative analysis table,we can see that there is an imbalance in the financial support for the construction of law enforcement standardization in Public SecurityBureau county,the public satisfaction is uneven,there is a lack of a perfect supervision system,and there is a lack of systematicness in the construction of law enforcement standardization,the problem of imperfect human resource construction.In the end,the paper puts forward eighteen rationalization proposals from six aspects.
