Study On The Spiritual Guarantee Of The Aged In Xi'an From The Perspective Of Humanistic Care

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)made it clear that we should "strengthen the development of the social security system" and quickly put in place a multi-level social security system that covers the whole people,balances urban and rural areas,clarifies rights and responsibilities,provides reasonable security and ensures long-term development.This socialist security system with Chinese characteristics closely responds to the people's growing welfare needs and aims to improve and protect people's livelihood.Along with our country entering an aging society,the social guarantee mechanism and avoiding the contradiction between the elderly demand,social demand contradiction from material and cultural demand to the good life demand,pensions to the old is not satisfied with basic material life "rigid demand",but the upgrade of the acquisition,happiness and sense of security and dignity mental perception of "soft" demand increase.This requires that the connotation of old-age support should be extended from a single material pension to material pension and spiritual pension.The relationship between material endowment and spiritual endowment is dialectically unified and interdependent in essence,and material endowment provides a solid material foundation for the emergence of spiritual endowment.However,the high-level spiritual endowment can reflect the humanistic care for the elderly and the affirmation of human nature.It can be said that whether the spiritual needs of the elderly can be respected and satisfied directly affects the life satisfaction and happiness of the elderly.Therefore,the construction of the old age security system must attach greatimportance to the old people's spiritual support which is an urgent social proposition.At present,Xi 'an basic enrich the material life of old people,to achieve its material needs the means and ways are both direct and varied,but in contrast,Xi 'an old people's growing spiritual needs,but because of the cognitive orientation bias,the family structure change and spirit of pension service,the influence of such factors as the spiritual needs of the elderly cannot be valid concerns.Based on the research of Xi 'an in the process of the spirit of the elderly pension problem,by reference to the United States and Japan the elderly spiritual pension related experience,guided by the humanistic care ethics thought,in the spirit of the elderly demand as the center,based on relevant legal policy,relevant to Xi 'an,build "government leading,community and family backstops fluctuation linkage relationship pattern,the formation of micro macro government planning,medium to carry out the community and family as the trinity,realize the reality of the spirit of the elderly security requirements.This is conducive to the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the harmonious development of the society in Xi 'an and maximizes the well-being of the elderly.The thought of humanistic care is an important value dimension of Marxist philosophy.It is people-oriented.By changing the real living conditions,it affirming the dignity and human value of human beings and finally realizing the all-round development of individuals.Therefore,the value of humanistic care for the spiritual endowment lies in guiding the society to actively respond to the aging population,paying attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly,paying attention to the emotional and psychological changes of the elderly,and establishing and improving the caring mechanism for the elderly,so as to promote the elderly to live a happier and more dignified life and the construction of a harmonious society.Spiritual care for the elderly is an inevitable requirement,an important prerequisite and an essential requirement for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
