Multi-dimensional Social Network Model And Emergency Risk Assessment Based On Fuzzy Linguistic Preference Relations

The risk assessment of emergencies mentioned in this paper belongs to the category of using social network theory to probe into public opinion control study.This problem is a subdivision of public opinion control research.Firstly,we describe the information characteristics on the self-media platform using the multi-dimensional social network model,and establish the risk assessment model of Emergencies based on this model.By quantifying the risk characteristics of the multi-dimensional social network model,the direct-viewing information such as audience size of emergencies are transformed into micro characteristics of multi-dimensional social networks.In order to make further exploration of the role of emotional dimension in the multi-dimensional social network model,this paper introduce the hesitant fuzzy set theory to quantify emotion polarity.Based on the two-dimensional description of natural semantics by fuzzy sets,a measure of emotion polarity based on hesitant fuzzy sets is established.In order to explore the validity,applicability and accuracy of the risk assessment model,this paper makes research on five different types of social emergencies using case study method.By analyzing the microblog information of sudden safety accidents,natural disasters,government performance and other news events,we could get the results of sentiment polarity and risk value.By comparing the influencing factors of different dimensions in social model and the horizontal results of few events,it is concluded that the multi-dimensional social network model based on hesitation fuzzy set has high validity and accuracy.Through the comparison of influencing factors within a single event,we explore the impact effect of each influencing factor in the risk assessment model.By making the comparison of horizontal results of several events,this paper explores the applicability and accuracy of each influencing factor in different types of emergency assessment.Finally,through the above comparative analysis results,we get some government decision-making suggestions,and further strengthen the social influence of individual users,the risk of emergency theme and the sentiment polarity of individual users in the whole process of public opinion communication.
