Research On Social Organizations' Participation In Industrial Poverty Alleviation Under The Framework Of Collaborative Governance

Social organization is third party independent of the government and enterprises,and play an important role in social and public affairs.Social organizations can effectively use social resources by joining the poverty alleviation work.China has a large population base,and attracting more social forces to participate in poverty reduction can accelerate the poverty reduction process faster.The participation of China's social organizations in poverty alleviation bases on policies and laws,has the characteristics of non-governmental and public welfare,and has great advantages in industrial poverty alleviation.At the same time,China's social organizations also have problems such as lack of autonomy and poor management.Through the collaborative governance framework,relying on the government's leadership,social organizations,and enterprises to participate together,it can effectively give energy to the advantages of all parties,avoid shortcomings,and accelerate the process of poverty reduction through the participation of multiple subjects in industrial poverty reduction.This article restricts the ways in which social organization participates in poverty alleviation through industrial poverty alleviation.Through the case analysis of the "Wan Qi Bang Wan Cun" jointly participated by the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council,the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and China Guangcai Business Association,it explores the mode of social organizations participating in social public affairs under the framework of collaborative governance.In specific analysis,this article first introduces relevant theories and clarifies concepts;then analyzes the role of governments,enterprises,and social organizations in the collaborative governance model from a static perspective;and then analyzes the energy of governments,enterprises,and social organizations in the dynamic interaction process.Through analysis,this paper concludes that social organizations participating in industrial poverty reduction under the framework of collaborative governance have the advantages of outstanding poverty alleviation effects,appropriate government support,full play of social organization initiatives,and efficient use of social resources.Finally,this article points out that there are certain applicable conditions and safeguards for the promotion of this model,such as policy and regulatory support,changes in government concepts,and the strengthening of social organizations themselves.Through the analysis of the case,this article explores the feasibility of social organization's cooperative governance participation in industrial poverty alleviation,and draws a universal conclusion.China's social organization has great potential,and it can fully play its role by drawing on the collaborative governance model.Applying this model to public affairs such as education and medical care can effectively use multiple forces to jointly solve social problems.This article consists of 10 figures and 82 references.
