Research On Administrative Law Regulation Of Automatic Driving Vehicle

With the emergence and development,autonomous vehicle have enriched people's travel experience and travel methods,and have become a field that global automobile manufacturers and Internet companies are rushing to explore.In recent years,relying on the rapid development of Internet technology and automobile manufacturing technology,autonomous vehicle technology has become increasingly mature.China's autonomous vehicle technology has entered the road-test stage,and the commercial applications of some self-driving cars have been achieved.However,there are still many problems in the testing and application of autonomous vehicles at present.Compared with driving risks caused by technology,the lack and inapplicability of legal systems,such as the lack of industry access standards and imperfect government supervision mechanisms,are the bottlenecks that restrict the popularity and promotion of autonomous vehicles.Based on the above,starting from the perspective of the administrative regulations of autonomous vehicles,this paper intends to study the problems existing in China's administrative regulations of autonomous vehicles from the legal level,and introduce corresponding measures for improvement.First of all,it explains this article's background and significance,and determines the research method of this article by summarizing the current domestic and foreign researches on autonomous vehicle and its administrative regulations.Second,it does an elaboration and analysis of the related concepts of autonomous vehicles and the theories and principles of administrative regulations.Based on the above,it deeply researches the status quo and problems of China's autonomous vehicle administrative regulations from the soundness of laws and regulations and regulatory bodies,the regulatory mechanism and industry standards and so on.After that,it analyzes and studies foreign autonomous vehicle legislations.At last,Finally,it systematically explores ways to improve the administrative regulations for autonomous vehicles,from the improvement of the legislative system for administrative regulations for autonomous vehicles,the determination of responsible parties,the establishment of regulatory guarantee systems,the construction of access standards,and the continuous updating of industry standards and other aspects,with the purpose to provide a reference for the construction and improvement of administrative regulations for China's autonomous vehicles.
