At this stage,China's economy has entered a new normal. At the same time, the increase in the proportion of the elderly population and the acceleration of the aging population structure have led to a heavy burden on the social security system.Industrializing the market of pension services is an inevitable choice for social and economic development. The Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to step up the combination of medical technology and maintenance services.Policy trends and social ethos pay more attention to respecting and supporting the elderly, and actively promote the elderly service industry. In the report of the Eighteenth National Congress and the previous "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",it has been mentioned many times that the process of industrialization of elderly care services should be increased. The Party and the government attach great importance, and the above plans have also pointed out the direction for cultivating the pension service industry under the new normal. However, the related industries in China's old-age service market are growing slowly, the demand market is greater than the supply level, and the effective supply is insufficient. All these problems restrict the speed of industrialization. To promote the development of old-age care services in the direction of industrialization, providers need more diversification, and the old-age service models and methods need to be innovative. It also needs structural reforms on the supply side to promote the allocation and redistribution of resources and increase the speed of market supply. At the same time,it is necessary to deepen and improve the social security system and stimulate the consumption power in the pension service market. As the problem of the rapidly aging population structure is gradually highlighted, the social system of respecting and providing for the elderly has become an important deployment of the country. However, when manpower is exhausted, the current weak old-age resources cannot quickly provide for the continuous expansion of old-age demand. In order to integrate social resources, multiple parties collaborate, join forces, and accelerate the industrialization process. It is a wise move. However, since the development of this industrialization process, there are still many obstacles and dilemmas that need to be solved urgently. Therefore, inventory the current growth nodes of the old-age service industry, explore useful operating procedures for the industrialization of the old-age service, and infer practical ways and methods.Research on adjustment is the main purpose of this article. At present,China has made some achievements in the development of the old-age service industry, and has issued many policies to support the development of the industry, but it has also put forward new requirements in the new period, and it still faces some problems, such as small-scale industry and single function;covering areas Narrow, short industrial chain;industrial division of labor, industry norms have not yet been formed;and problems with policy support and resource allocation.Analysis of the reasons for the above problems include:the off-end of the old-age consumption concept and income level;the top-level system design of the old-age service industry is not perfect;the unbalanced development of the old-age service industry.Combining with the national conditions, making recommendations on policy adjustment is the main purpose of this article. Not only should we focus on the top-level system design, but also need to improve the social security system to promote the optimization of the industrial structure and form an industrial system.Financial, tax, land, financing and fee reduction To provide comprehensive policy support at all levels.
