On Synergetic Governance In Urban Management Bureau With Community

As a city cell,urban community is the final destination of urban civilization.If the city is compared to a big tree,the municipal street is a branch,and the community is undoubtedly the root system of the big tree.Only by maintaining the root system can we ensure that the big tree has luxuriant branches and leaves.With the deepening of the reform of social management system and the accumulation of reform achievements,the public affairs of urban communities show complexity,comprehensiveness,cross-border and uncertainty.Its effective handling requires the cooperation between urban management departments and communities,that is,collaborative governance.In view of the transformation of urban management mode and the requirements of refined management,it is of great significance to explore the collaborative governance in the field of urban management with systematic and holistic thinking.This paper analyzes the cooperation between urban management and community,analyzes the cooperation between urban management and community from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,so as to make up for the disadvantage of single subject handling affairs for urban management and community,improve the level of urban management,provide guidance for how to achieve better social effect of urban management and community collaborative governance,and provide reference for different subjects participating in coordinated governance to provide a reference for government innovation and collaborative governance.The grid management mode in D District is the exploration and practice of urban management and community collaborative governance,which has achieved some results,but also exposed some problems in the process.This paper chooses the qualitative research method suitable for the research topic and interview materials to study,and chooses the representative tower foot community in D District as a case study.Through in-depth interview,investigation and investigation,document reference and other methods,qualitative analysis and demonstration are carried out to reveal the problems existing in the cooperation between urban management and community from the perspective of collaborative governance theory.In addition,the paper analyzes the causes of the collaborative governance of urban management and community in D District from the aspects of mechanism,cognition and technology.On this basis,it is proposed that the coordinated governance of urban management and community should be improved from four aspects of system,cognition,behavior and technology.
