Research On The Development Of Rural Mutual Support Pension Model In Fuzhou

Population aging is a common problem faced by many countries in the world today,how to effectively break squeeze effect of population aging on welfare system is a worldwide problem for developing countries is not rich first old but also a serious challenge with the rapid urbanization process of China,a large number of surplus rural labor to urban migration,the traditional rural family endowment function gradually weakened the absence of rural social endowment security system,the social endowment is almost blank in the countryside.As a beneficial supplement to family pension,rural mutual pension is a new pension mode emerging in recent years.It can effectively integrate pension resources from all sides,promote mutual help among the elderly,form a situation of self-help and mutual assistance,and meet the good wishes of the elderly to provide for the aged at home.The participation of non-governmental organizations in rural pension services is an important force to promote the development of rural pension services in recent years.Caring for rural elderly is the due meaning of achieving coordinated development between urban and rural areas,and an important embodiment of socialist countries' pursuit of fairness and justice,as well as the only way to implement the rural revitalization strategy.Fair Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory Based on the line and under the guidance of theory of Social exchange theory,selection of Fuzhou city charity federation of Luoyuan county charitable housing building as a case study.By research method,empirical study explores the Luoyuan county housing building mutual charity endowment patterns to deal with the problem of rural old-age innovation advantage,found the financing pension services in construction process management mode has a certain effect.Based on field investigation and consulting related literature and found that charity housing building,such as incomplete operation management and service content lack of professional talents and shortage of capital endowment service organizations and social problems such as weak in power.According to the actuality of Fuzhou city rural endowment,government and society should make joint integrating rural fragmentation endowment resources,strengthen the rural mutual endowment.The study puts forward that we should give play to the leading role of grass-roots government to build a diversified financing model,establish the important position of social organizations,and change the old people's concept of providing for the aged.
