In the wave of China's judicial reform boosted by artificial intelligence technology,courts at all levels across the country are actively exploring the construction of intelligent courts led by artificial intelligence and big data technology in order to improve judicial efficiency and guarantee judicial credibility.While focusing on the strong impetus brought by artificial intelligence to the informatization construction of the court,the artificial intelligence in the construction of the court should be viewed objectively and rationally.Since both the Internet and the judiciary have their own inherent logic and laws,artificial intelligence is not omnipotent in intervening in judicial practice.Artificial intelligence cannot be the dominant player in judicial judgment,and it can only serve as an auxiliary judgment tool in the construction of intelligent courts.To make this clear is particularly important for the construction of China's intelligent court.The fundamental purpose of the construction of the intelligent court is to integrate and share data,realize the security and credibility of data,and provide strong support for the judicial reform on the basis of fairness and equal litigation rights.However,with the deepening of the construction of the smart court,the disadvantages in the construction of the smart court have gradually emerged.For example,many problems in the construction of the smart court are urgent to be solved,such as the poor quality of documents in the large judicial database,the inconsistent technical standards of the platform of the smart court,and the imperfect legal mechanism of the construction of the smart court.Therefore,to accelerate the construction of smart courts,it is necessary to improve judicial big data,strengthen the construction of smart court platform,and improve the construction of legal mechanism of smart courts,so as to promote the orderly development of smart courts and realize efficient justice.The main body of this paper is divided into four chapters.The purpose of this paper is to accelerate the construction process of the intelligent court and better realize the judicial fairness,justice and efficiency.This paper mainly analyzes the construction situation of intelligent court in China,finds out the problems in the construction of intelligent court andfinds the solution,so as to promote the in-depth construction of intelligent court.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic,and then elaborates the research status at home and abroad.Starting from the requirements of judicial system reform and the vigorous development of artificial intelligence,it points out that the construction of intelligent court is the general trend of the informatization construction of national court.In order to more deeply understand the application of artificial intelligence in the process of judicial practice in our country,the court found that the artificial intelligence in wisdom insufficiency and flaw existing in the informatization construction,in this paper,the early scholars at home and abroad in artificial intelligence analysis,the research status of the legal level for our country judicial practice wisdom of the construction of the court research ways to provide reference and information.The second chapter of this paper is about the construction of intelligent court.This part starts from the concept of intelligent court and its essence,namely the judicial application of artificial intelligence,and makes a rational analysis of the positioning of artificial intelligence in the construction of intelligent court.The application of artificial intelligence in judicial practice at home and abroad and its application in judicial practice are described in detail to fully understand the application of artificial intelligence in judicial practice.The third chapter of this paper is the problems existing in the construction of intelligent courts in China.Through the development of intelligent court construction in artificial intelligence in the database,intelligent court platform construction and intelligent court construction legal mechanism of the shortcomings of the application of artificial intelligence in the construction of intelligent court in China.Then the above problems are studied in depth,the path of better application of artificial intelligence in judicial judgment is explored,and the solution to the problem is found.The fourth chapter is the consummation of the construction of intelligent court in our country.By constructing a complete information database of the intelligent court and continuously optimizing the data of the large database of legal cases,it provides a powerful data guarantee for the construction of the intelligent court.Through the promotion of provincial unified management standards and unified technology application standards toimprove the construction of intelligent court artificial intelligence platform.At the same time,we should strengthen the research on the legal system of artificial intelligence and improve the legal supervision system to improve
